God With Us In Person

The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel (which means “God with us”).

When God got ready to reveal Himself to the world, who He truly is, He chose to do so in a most unlikely way—through a baby. Certainly, a baby changes everything. In this instance, the baby changed time and eternity.

When the God who created the world wanted you to know what He was like, He came to earth through the process of birth. He wanted to be Him (retain all the persons of the Godhead) and become like us—He did both; He was fully God and man.Never has it happened again, nor will it ever again take place. The blood of the mother never mixes with the unborn baby’s blood.
