"We should be following God's will in our life."
Many of us have heard this statement at one point or another, but what does it mean?Throughout the Bible, God has shown us ways to live and how to conduct ourselves. God made a covenant with his people. In Deuteronomy 28:6-14 God repeatedly speaks of his blessings if His people are obedient to Him. In Deuteronomy 28:15-16 he begins to lay out the curse for being disobedient.That means if we work hard at being a Godly man he will bless us. If we decide we want to live like the rest of the world it won’t be a pleasant experience.God does not promise that everything in life will be perfect, but he does promise in good times and in bad times that if we are following his will he will help us and bless us! So, what is God's will for us? It’s to follow his ways.How do we know what his ways are? We need to read about his methods in his Holy book, devotional books, Bible studies, podcasts, and more.
