Changing Your Behavior

As a man, do we always act like a man? Or sometimes does the little childish immature boy come to light? God tells us very clearly that once we come to know Jesus our faith will dictate our behavior.Yes, we can still act foolish and sometimes be stubborn and not reasonable, but the reality is this. The stronger our faith becomes the more our behavior will be as God wants us to act. We cannot have strong faith if our behavior has not changed. It is very clear that once you have come to know Jesus in your life your behavior must be different. You must now act with love in your heart. There is no denying the fact that you feel differently, and you act differently.Listen up because you don’t want to be wrong about this. It’s just way too important! If your behavior is not different than before and if you don’t find yourself being more compassionate about the things of God and wanting to act differently feeling more from your heart, there may be a question mark in your faith. It’s not “once saved always saved,” it’s “if saved always saved.”Let’s get this right today! Ask God to be sure your heart is right, ask him to come into your life and change you for his purpose and good. Let’s all be sure Jesus has entered our hearts. When that happens, our behavior will strongly reflect our love and the surety of our faith.
