Dear Heavenly Father, Today, like Job and Jabez, I Praise You, Thank You, and Ask You for God-Sized things in spite of my Pain.
I come to You admitting that given a choice, I would choose not to experience the pain I feel whether it’s physical pain, emotional pain, mental pain or relational pain. Lord, I would choose for You to remove the pain I am experiencing.
However, if You someway, somehow can use my Pain for Your Glory, for the expansion of Your Kingdom, for the benefit of others, and for my own growth into Christlikeness, I embrace it and receive it knowing that You will never put more upon me that I can endure in Your strength.
I pray that through my pain You will bring people into my life that otherwise I would not have met. I pray that through my pain I will experience things that I wouldn’t have otherwise without this pain. I praise You through the Pain O Lord knowing that in my weakness You are strong.
I thank You for that day when I get to heaven where You have promised me and to every believer that there will be “no more pain.” Until then, Use this pain please!
In Jesus Name, Amen.
